Swift Parrot Earrings

Newest addition to the To The Trees flock of flying bird earrings.

 This pair celebrates the beauty of the native Swift Parrot. This bird is endangered due to lax government regulations on logging native forests.

Swift parrots, like the Greater Glider and Masked Owl need tree hollows to nest in. Tree hollows can take hundreds of years to form, but less than a minute to be destroyed by land clearing.
