Shipping

FREE SHIPPING within Australia for all orders over $120.00 🌿 Woo!

For folks in the Blue Mountains or anyone passing through I offer local pick up, just choose this at the checkout and we’ll organise a time for you to collect your order.

For all other orders within Australia there is a flat rate of $10.00

I ship via Australia Post and I will do my best to ensure your order arrives to you safely and on time. 

Orders are shipped via standard post and can take anywhere between 2 – 5 business days to arrive depending on your location within Australia. 

If your order arrives damaged please send me photos of the damage and I will assess case by case whether I will send another order free of charge. You can read more about returns on our ‘refunds and returns’ below. 

Returns & refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Sending it back in it's original packaging is preferred but not necessary.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Sale items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We'll refund your order via the same method you paid - refunds can take up to 30 days to be processed.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@tothetrees.com.au

Shipping refunds

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if it is due to change of mind within our 30 policy.

If the refund/return/exchange is due to an error on our part we will cover the cost of shipping and send you a return label.
