Minimum opening orders for earrings are $450+GST. Follow up orders are minimum $300+GST. We don't have minimums per design so make up your order however you like! If it's hard to decide we do have bestseller bundles too.

If you're only interested in stocking greeting cards the minimum opening order is $240+GST which is 80 cards. Follow up order minimums are $150+GST. We don't have minimums per design for cards either.

Orders over $450 receive free shipping.

Once payment has been received our standard turnaround time is between 3-5 business days plus standard shipping times. Orders are shipped via Australia Post with a flat rate of $15.00 for orders under $450.

Prices shown on the wholesale website exclude GST, it will be added at checkout.

Wholesale prices are 50% of the RRP and include GST — nice and simple.

We reserve the right to alter these prices at any time but will give as much notice as possible to our valued stockists.

If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order please send this via email within 48hrs of placing your order.

Wholesale ordering can be completed online via the password protected wholesale portal or through email.

We do require payment before shipping the order. Feel free to talk to me about other options, I understand you might require different terms based on your business structure.

Please discuss with me if you wish to be an exclusive stockist of To The Trees products within your region.

Basic terms require minimum 4 orders/year with a minimum spend of $2000/year.

We accept returns of everyday items in re-saleable condition, not price marked after a minimum of 2 months from purchase and up to 6 months after purchase for an exchange for other items.

Please note we do not accept returns for seasonal items eg. Calendars, Valentines, Christmas, Mothers or Fathers day products.

Return shipping and the cost of shipping the exchanged products are at buyers expense.

Defective items may be exchanged for product or credit. Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within five days of receipt.

Point of sale display options are available for earrings – they are available for purchase.

The cost of the display will be used as credit in 4 x 25% in your follow up orders - so it is basically free!

I welcome feedback for new display options that will assist you in selling your To The Trees products.

Greeting cards:
Cards come just as is! We’ve taken the naked card pledge and don’t package in plastic sleeves.

Art prints:
Are packaged in natureflex/compostable clear sleeves with a cardboard backing for extra sturdiness.

Earrings:
Are packaged on 100% recycled paper earring cards with a 6mm hole for hanging.
