It was a way of noting the beauty that came from the horror and fear of the bushfires of 2019 in the Blue Mountains where my family and I live.

As a mixed media artist, Lauren explores a mix of watercolour, gouache, hand carved stamps, collaged hand painted textures, lino carving and digital colouring to create her works.
