Over the past 10 years, I have developed my own artistic style, using watercolour painting techniques to create dynamic and textured artworks. I would love to share this process with you and help you create your own unique piece of art. We’ll create a library of your own textures to collage your own Australian bird artwork!

Workshop Details:

Session One: Friday, 16th August, 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM (3 hours)

  • Mark Making Session: Immerse yourself in the art of mark making as we explore stamp printing, paint techniques with watercolour, ink, and acrylics. Experiment with a wide range of materials to create different textures. This session is designed to help you build a collection of textures to use in your collage artwork in the second session.
  • Collage Creation: Use the textures you created in Session One to design your own unique artwork based on your choice of an Australian bird. This session is where your creativity will truly shine as you bring together the techniques and materials you’ve explored.

Materials Provided: We supply all necessary materials for the workshop, so you only need to bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to learn! If you wish to continue your practice at home, you can purchase a take-home kit here.
